I made some cookies yesterday. I had one right out of the oven, while the chocolate chips were all gooey. I went out and did errands all over town. Came face to face with people. After all that, I looked in the mirror and saw that I had chocolate smeared all over my face. My mouth, chin and even forehead! Then I got home and saw I also had chocolate all over my shirt. Yeah, I looked like winner.

I have come to the realization that I NEED my own mini fridge and pantry. I swear every time I buy food, it disappears over night. I am not exaggerating either. A box of crackers, bag of chips, bananas, etc... has been know to disappear within hours of being opened!!! I am sick of it. So I have a couple of spots in cupboards that I have put food specifically for me!! The kids are being told in advance what food they are NOT allowed to touch. Selfish? YES, thank you very much!

We have been having issues with Caleb lately. His behavior has been awful!!! At home and at school. We just got a note from his teacher on his behavior at school. He doesn't listen. He hates doing the busy work at school. At home he doesn't do as he's told. We tell him to get dressed or something else and he goofs off and we have to get after him constantly. So we have taken drastic measures. He is not allowed to watch tv, get on the computer and he is done with karate. He was going to do Mad Science, but now he's not. No soccer or baseball. And if he keeps it up, no swimming pass. I'm even thinking no souvenirs when we go to Disney World next month! Let's hope all this works.

I sent in my papers and HUGE fees (a little over $1100.00) to renew my green card and become a citizen. I should have known that the government is slow and I will not be able to vote this election. Oh well. I am glad I finally got that done.
